Image Sampler for Bifrost - Maya Plugin

Image Sampler is a plugin that enables the use of image/texture file data within Bifrost.

Installation:

1. Navigate to your maya environment folder (typically: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\maya)
2. Create a folder called 'plug-ins'
3. Copy 'imageSampler.py' and 'imageSampler.png' to the plug-ins folder. It should now be loadable in Maya's plug-in manager
4. Copy contents of '/Compounds' to your bifrost compounds folder (typically: C:\Users\<username>\Autodesk\Bifrost\Compounds)

Limitations:

• This plug-in and included content was created and tested with Maya 2022 and Bifrost 2.3.1.0, some earlier versions may not be compatible.
  
• Images are handled with QT which supports most common formats (.jpg, .png, .tif...) but .exr is not supported.
